In a crazy market, a house that was perfect for us in the neighborhood that we wanted came up for sale. We were paired with Tatia by chance, but obviously the realtor gods were looking out for us! We started our search in January for a place and didn't find the right property until April. We thought for sure we must be driving Tatia mad, but she was always positive and working hard to find us the perfect home. If we wanted to see a property she would be ready almost immediately, and if she couldn't make it then she still ensured you would see the property one way or another. Tatia would remember our likes, dislikes, etc and would help apply what she learned to the properties she would introduce us to. It can be a rarity sometimes in this day and age to find someone who really listens, and trust me when I say Tatia listens and delivers. Now for what I think is the cherry on top, or sprinkles if you prefer? If you want a professional realtor your getting that with Tatia 100%, but you also are getting someone who has a great sense of humor and who has a hell of a time doing what they do.
