Park Hill Neighborhood

In 1887, Baron Alois von Winckler platted the original Park Hill development on 32 acres (130,000 m2) of land he owned east of City Park. Park Hill boundaries are Colfax (south), Colorado Blvd (west), 38th Ave (north) and Quebec (east). Park Hill is a neighborhood with diverse architecture, tree lined streets and bike paths. Homes in the southern and eastern part of the neighborhood are Bungalows, Tudors, Craftsman and some Spanish influence built prior to 1940s while further north are ranch homes built in the 1950s. Park Hill also is known for community events such as the Garden Tour, Home & Street Fair and 4th of July Parade.
