Jeanette Tolman is the best!!! I recently sold my home and I could not have asked for a more perfect agent, her passion and dedication is incomparable. I know I was not her only client but she always made me feel like I was her top priority. She kept me informed every step of the way and was a great negotiator. Not only did my house sell for more than asking but it even topped area comps. Her hard work did not stop at closing as she wrapped up some loose ends that the buyer’s agent should have been responsible for. It was a very emotional process selling the home where I raised my children but her faith and heart of gold helped me through the difficult process. I am walking away from the sale of my home with a beautiful friend.

Jeanette has been totally awesome! She was my listing agent and was extremely thorough with explaining all the details of the listing process, the comps and what I could expect during the home sale process. She was very accessible and spent as much time as I needed to work through details of the buyer's feedback during the listing period. She tweaked the listing details as appropriate, the presentation of the house in the listing was impressive. When the house went under contract, the contract proceeded with no issues and closing was on time with no issues.
