Erin, a native of Colorado living in Denver, has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2012. Erin grew up in a family that built new homes and flipped properties throughout the Denver Metro area. Her passion for real estate, remodeling, and interior design started at a young age, and she's thrilled she gets to spin that passion into helping familes buy and sell their homes and land.
Through Erin’s knowledge of the Denver Metro market and building experience, her extensive network of contractors/tradesman/city permit officials/architects/etc., as well as her eye for detail and design, she provides top-of-the-line services to her home buyers, sellers, and investors. Erin's specific areas of expertise include negotiations, transaction management, space utilization, and marketing.
In addition to being a Realtor, Erin is a Global Recruiting Manager developing processes and teams for a Hospitality Start-Up. She's an active volunteer with Children's, Ronald McDonald House and Habitat for Humanity. Outside her busy professional life, she can be found spending time with her boyfriend, 2 cats & 1 dog, camping, hiking, out on the volleyball court, and at her local gym.
