The Amy Z Team are full-time, dedicated Realtors who specialize in selling and buying homes in the Denver Metro Area, particularly Arapahoe and Douglas counties.
We participate in multiple professional organizations in order to stay well-connected and current on everything related to residential real estate and our current market. Our relationships with hundreds of agents in the Denver Metro Area as well as our passion for customer service and commitment to continuing education benefit our clients when selling or buying a home.

Meet the Amy Z Team:

My name is Amy Zukowski and my team and I look forward to helping you and your familly with all of your real estate needs. I am Realtor®, Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, Graduate Realtor® Institute. Military Relocation Professional.  I am also a Certified Residential Specialist - the most demanding real estate designation to receive, only 3% of Realtors® hold this designation.  My love of learning means that I provide you with the highest level of skills/service as well as the most current knowledge of the real estate market and law/contracts changes.

I participate in 3 boards of Realtors®. I have served as both Secretary and Education Chair for Women’s Council of Realtors Mile High Chapter. These connections allow me to market your home selling and buying needs in person to hundreds of agents in our local area. I also teach Home- Buyers classes and guest speak to newer agents on running a Client-Focused Business by Referral. My Community-based business is built on providing Excellent Service and Word-of-Mouth.

Stephanie Blum is a 2nd generation Real Estate Broker with an Interior Design background, which comes in incredibly handy for all our Sellers’ staging needs and Buyers’ “new home design” needs! Stephanie purchased her very first home at 19, and still uses it as a rental property today.  In addition to the design background, she is skilled with re-habbing homes and new builds, having worked with builders on designs aspects of architecture and been through the new build process with our clients and her own family many times.  Her husband is the General Manager of the Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Course in Aurora, CO and Stephanie is very knowledgeable about Golf Course Communities as well.  

Norma Follingstad serves the Denver area’s diverse population through speaking fluent Spanish and her 15+ years experience as a Navy spouse, giving her deep understanding of the challenges associated with PCS and relocating in the military community.  Prior to becoming a Realtor, Norma did Real Estate Transaction Management, she is fantastic at making sure the “paperwork” side of transactions run smoothly.  Before Real Estate she was a reading coach for kids and a Sunday School teacher. When she is not helping our clients buy and sell homes, Norma enjoys fly fishing, camping and spending time with her husband of 21 years, three beautiful daughters and three grandchildren.
