Tara King is a native Coloradan and has long appreciated all that the Denver Metro and surrounding areas have to offer. Her commitment to quality customer service along with a high level of professionalism and her extensive knowledge of real estate and contract law is paramount to a successful home purchase or sale. 

Tara has been servicing the real estate needs of her clients for over 26 years in the Greater Metropolitan areas of Colorado. Her wide variety of knowledge of Colorado real estate provides value in negotiating through complicated market conditions. Currently, she is the Employing Broker at HomeSmart  in Greenwood Village, CO for over 1300+ real estate agents. 

In 2008, Tara received her CRB designation to add to her education as a Managing Broker. The Council of Real Estate Broker Manager designation is one of the most respected and relevant designations offered in real estate business management. As a Realtor, Tara has received President’s and Roundtable awards but is most truly rewarded as a Real Estate Broker when she finds the perfect home or investment for a client.

Tara is currently proud to have served as the President of the BOD for the SaddleUp! Foundation which is dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs and disabilities through equine-assisted activities and therapies Other organizations which she has served are: The Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Colorado Neurological Institute, Teen with a Dream Foundation, the Douglas County PTO, FASB fitness festival and Arapahoe House.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Tara King. Tara King may be the hardest working women in real estate. When Tara and I began looking for my new home I really did not know exactly what I was looking for, but Tara stuck with me. It took viewing over 100 homes to find the right one. Yes, you read that right and I am not exaggerating...100 homes. Tara never gave up.
