My Real Estate Philosophy
Top of the Line Service, Bottom Line Results. I approach real estate with the utmost service in mind. I believe in providing my clients with top-notch service — timely & clear communication, honest feedback, and sound market knowledge. Through strong negotiation skills and problem solving, I simultaneously focus on obtaining the best bottom line results for my clients. To me, real estate is not just about home buying and selling, it is about building relationships & taking care of others. 

My Approach to Real Estate

Listen & Serve.  Whether my clients are looking to buy, sell, upgrade to a larger home, downsize to a smaller home, or wanting a change, I am always looking out for their best interests. I focus on listening to my clients’ needs & wants and then working to match it to the right home for them. After working in the corporate business world as an HR professional, I found my calling in real estate. My ability to relate well to others, build rapport quickly and problem solve made real estate an easy transition and natural t. I attend numerous seminars to educate myself on the latest technology, spotting trends and ensuring I have my clients ready for any and all changing market conditions. I am patient and like to work on my client’s timeline. In my free time, I love exploring the beautiful state of Colorado with my family! We love going to parks, festivals, skiing in the winters, and hiking in the summers. My passion is also in the church and teaching my two children to love your neighbor like you love yourself! 

Fun Facts About Me

»  I love competitive sports. In fact, I played Division 1 Tennis at the University of Northern Iowa. I have taught tennis as a professional instructor for all ages. Some of my favorite times were coaching a Junior League during the summer and teaching Women’s Special Olympics.

»  I was raised in the military as an Army “brat”. My dad was 82nd Airborne for many years and retired from the Army in Ft. Carson, CO after 23 years of service. As a result, I take great pride in helping those who are active duty or veterans in their real estate transactions.
