There is no purchase more important or bigger than that of a house for your family to call home! And with a housing market as big and scary as Colorado’s is currently, finding the right house can be a very daunting and horrifying experience. Having Michelle Perry as our realtor made the entire process a fun and exciting time because she took away all those fears! Michelle listened to us from the start! She didn’t assume to know what we needed or wanted, she really took the time to listen to us, get to know us, and then come up with a game plan. She also went with the flow when we changed our minds a million different times. The primary goal of a seller is the sale of our house.  If you’re in Denver and want a seamless professional sale call Amy Cherry.  She sold our house in like 4 hours and all went so well and smooth.

Here is how it went. I didn't have much money, I couldn't afford to pay the asking price for the house and my chances of getting the house were slim to none. Amy fought hard for me and got the house I wanted for the price I was able to pay. The sale wrapped up from my offer to their acceptance to  closing the deal in three weeks. Awesome negotiator for me.

I want to express my pleasure with Amy who represented us in our purchase of a single-family home. I cannot compliment Amy enough, We credit Amy with a smooth, stress-free experience.  Amy is savvy, personable and knows the local market inside and out. She absolutely responds to emails and phone calls almost immediately. Especially, Amy is very good at negotiation, without her, we couldn't get our new house. To reiterate, we were nothing but pleased with Amy and her expertise. If I could give more stars I would. My situation was complicated. I was relocating across country and process took 10 months. Even though I wasn't in a position to purchase right away Amy would continually take my calls invest her time in researching what I needed done. We covered a lot of cities  in Wisconsin looked at dozens of houses until the right one was bought. Amy handled transaction professionally even though she knew it was going to be a long long process
