Welcome

I bring 17 years of marketing and sales experience, 6 years in the hospitality industry, and my degree in journalism from the University of Central Florida to serve your real estate goals. My concierge services are tailored to get you results whether you’re buying or selling. After 8 years in Gainesville, Florida, I moved to Colorado to continue my real estate career.  I fell in love with the mountains on vacation and skiing in Breckenridge and dreamed of living in the Rockies. Like you, making my home in Colorado is one of the best decisions ever.

I saw the benefits of homewownership early when I bought my first home at 25.  I had short and long term rentals and experienced the pros and cons of being a landlord.  In 2006, two friends and I renovated a historic property and another "flip" in under 90 days.  The lessons learned from those first investments gave me incredible insight.  That knowledge helps me advise sellers and buyers - whether it's preparing a residence for sale or finding a profitable investment property.

Listed and sold a home

Always attentive and available for questions. Answered questions clearly and directly. Spared no effort or expense in the listing and marketing of our home. Awesome Realtor. Tasya also found us our new home. She showed it to us the first day on the market, and showed an amazing ability to deal with a 'problematic seller'. Without her, we would probably have walked away. Her people skills are amazing.Make no mistake. Selling your home and buying a new one is a complicated stressful process. Tasya made it comfortable and efficient.

Helped me buy home

Tasya was an excellent real estate agent. You can 100% feel her knowledge and skills. She works really hard. She feels your frustration and happiness with you along the process, but still allows you to make your own decisions. She is great with beginners and with experienced buyers or sellers. Areas of improvement would be, sometimes you can be talked over. There are those natural pauses in a conversation and if you speak up during them while she is talking, she does not pause to allow you to speak, but just continues to talk over you. Other then that, there was no issues.

Listed and sold a home

Tasya sold our home in Arvada, CO in 2014. We chose her because we were going through a divorce, and of all the realtors we interviewed, she not only knew a lot about pricing and selling our home, but was sensitive to the emotional state we were in. Tasya was amazing - she helped us make good decisions, brought in a stager at her own expense to help (I moved out and took half our furniture before the home was put on the market), and sold our home quickly - and for more than we had expected! Tasya cares about her clients well beyond "just business", and I am grateful for her.

Listed and sold a home

Tasya Williamson worked hard to market our Florida home and get it sold for a great price in a timely manner. She was knowlegabIe and honest and truly cared about giving her best effort to get our home sold. Because of the above I would highly recommend her as a realtor.

Helped me buy home

I would highly recommend Tasya for any residential real estate sale. Tasya discussed my list of wants, got to know what I was looking for, heeded my price range, negotiated on my behalf, had the appropriate contacts, and was able to make appointments at properties the same day they were listed. Overall, she always conducted herself professionally and never pushed to make a sale nor proffered an unsolicited opinion.
