A risk taker, an adventurer, and your logistics guy who makes sure everything goes right... James is the guy who'll quadruple check for every conceivable contingency, pre-empt any emergencies and do everything that needs doing behind the scenes so you have an exceptionally smooth sail through the often nerve-wracking experience of buying or selling a home.

I truly enjoy helping clients realize their real estate goals. Whether it be marketing and selling your current home or searching for the new home of your dreams I am here to help.

In my previous life I worked in client account management and project management in corporate America. After doing that for six years I decided that working for the man in cube farms just wasn’t for me. My skills, drive and entrepreneurial spirit was being wasted away. When I came to that realization I decided to go into a field that allowed me to help people in something I am passionate about. Real estate was the answer!

I’ve been interested in and passionate about architecture since I was a little boy. How we manipulate living and working spaces to meet our needs and styles has always intrigued me. Sometimes I wish I had gone to school and become an architect instead of getting an MBA. But then I realize how completing business school has provided me with invaluable knowledge and skills to help my clients and run a real estate business effectively. My clients really enjoy my thoroughness, organization and analytical approach (and of course my friendly personality!) to working with them.

When I’m not busy doing real estate I enjoy traveling the world, being active in the non-profit community and checking things off my bucket list. Some things I’ve reveled in was living in Italy for two months studying architecture and art history, scuba diving in between two tectonic plates in Iceland, summiting more than 10 Colorado 14ers, riding my bicycle 545 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles in the AIDS/LifeCycle, skydiving and snorkeling in underground caves in the Yucatan.

If you are looking to buy or sell real estate in the Denver area I am more than happy to help!
