Welcome

The Buying and Selling of a home is a life changing experience. Homes are more than simple brick and mortar, they are our refuge and sanctuary. Our homes are where we make memories, where we relax and escape the crazy world. They provide security and comfort and inspire us to dream while providing us protection. Karlyn understands this well and from this knowledge, her passion for Real Estate was born.

Karlyn spent 6 years actively working in Real Estate from 2001 - 2007, until she left the business to spend time with her family, full time while her husband was deployed overseas. 

Her passion has always been in people, relationships and real estate and she is ecstatic that her career path has brought her full circle back to her “favorite” profession, Real Estate.

As a seasoned professional, Karlyn brings a unique perspective back into the real estate industry. A majority of her career was spent in the sales and customer service sectors, she has been able to optimize her ability to listen, ask the “real” questions and understand the needs and desires of her clients. 

Karlyn works diligently to achieve the best outcome in every transaction for her clients, by  leveraging a unique blend of knowledge, professionalism, and personalized attentive service. Her clients can sense her enthusiasm for them through every step of the Real Estate Buying or Selling process.  

When Karlyn is not busy with her real estate clients she is typically spending time with her beloved family: including her husband of over 25 years, her two daughters and Senior Rescue dog, BlackJack. Her favorite activities include cooking and entertaining, gardening, exploring our amazing and energetic city and gorgeous state. Just recently she and her husband have taken up hiking and are enjoying the new adventures this brings. The one thing that brings Karlyn the most joy is exploring new areas, meeting new people and living a life full of simple pleasures and adventures.
