I first got my Real Estate License in Washington State in 1994 and Licensed in Colorado since 2013.
In addition, I've done Mortgage Banking, Land Development, Built Custom Homes and had my own Constructon Lendng Company.
I understand and like dealing with the upper end market homes. But also enjoy the challenge of the first time homebuyer and the move up buyer.
My goal is to assist the parties with direct honest communication so that they are informed at all times about the progress and completion of their transaction.
