Intro...

My name is Colin Strub, and I have lived in beautiful Colorado for over 20 years (Boulder, Louisville, DTC, Littleton, Wash Park, and now Lowry)!  I LOVE being a Real Estate professional - and I always look forward to helping buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs. As your agent, I will provide you with professional, customized service to meet your goals. I will help you during the entire real estate transaction and assist you through each step as needed. I work with lenders, title companies, cooperating agents, inspectors, appraisers, and home warranty companies to ensure that your home purchase or sale goes smoothly.

A little about me...

I am originally from outside of the Philadelphia area, but I moved to Colorado as soon as I could. The incredible mountains and amazing skiing brought me here - the people and the active lifestyle is what kept me here. My amazing family and I live in Lowry, and we love exploring Denver and the front range area during the summer, then hitting the slopes in the winter!

Professionally, I have worked for start-ups to large organizations, holding positions from financial analyst and moving my way up to Director of Finance and Accounting. That same work ethic will always be on display for each and every one of my clients.
