1. Work with an agent who 1) you trust 2) is good at what they do and 3) cares about you.
2. When buying, talk with a lender before you think you are ready to buy. You will learn a lot that will help make the preparations better!
3. If selling, get a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) from any agent you are considering working with and have them explain everything from what to do to prepare for selling to how they determine the pricing and marketing strategy for the home.
4. Get excited! Every transaction has the potential to change your life in very positive ways! I wouldn't be doing this work if it did not involve benefitting all involved and has a healthy dose of fun in it too!
