After living all over the world in locales from Italy to California, Jimmy moved to Colorado in 2015 and never looked back. Being an outdoorsy and fitness enthusiast, Jimmy fell in love with this beautiful state's endless number of activities, health focused culture and diversity. And officially called it a home by buying his first home within few months of living here.

He had spent several years in technology industry as a Consultant before realizing his passion for fix up properties that got him started into real estate. In his words "I love beautifying underappreciated houses and transforming them into Dream Homes. The best part of all is beautiful Smiles I get to see of my clients at the closing table, it's sense of accomplishment & satisfaction I strive for."  

Jimmy's passion for real estate investing has allowed him successfully complete numerous fix & flips and acquire multiple rental units, active business opportunities etc. He then became licensed to get more involved in the community while being an advocate, educator and patient partner to the people.

His dual-track experience gives him powerful insights to help his clients navigate smoothly through the process of buying and/or selling a home. That includes: Finding right financing that meet clients specific needs, spotting potential issues with a property from his experience in construction and so on. Jimmy's stellar negotiation skills, coupled by proven track record in real estate translates into exceptional results for his buyers and sellers in Denver competitive housing market. He focuses on the importance of providing highest level of service to his clients through impeccable work ethic, constant communication, commitment to protecting and watching out for their best interests throughout the entire process of buying or selling a home. 

When he is not working , Jimmy enjoys going to gym, hiking or just anything outdoors and exploring new places with friends. He loves to meditate and says "I water my garden of happiness every morning through meditation". He also volunteers his time at Denver Police Department, Denver Rescue Mission and other non-profit organizations.
