About Me

After graduating from James Madison University with my bachelors in Business, I began a career is Customer Service leadership. I've enjoyed growing in the food, service and retail industries, and have acquired skills in active listening, conflict resolution, negotiations, emotional intelligence, coaching, and communication, to list a few. I've completed graduate business classes at the University of Colorado, Denver, and continue to grow my customer service acumen through networking and relationship building.
