  • 1% Buyer Rebate Details:
    • When you purchase a home with a sales price of $200,000 or more, utilizing SampronSisters.com as your buyer's agent and the transaction closes, you will receive a 1% rebate of the purchase price toward your closing costs when the buyer's agent co-op is 2.5% or more. When the buyer's agent co-op is less than 2.5%, you will receive 1/3 of the actual co-op amount toward your closing costs. If the co-op is based on the net sales price, the rebate will be based on the net sale sprice as well.
    • The 1% buyer's rebate must be reflected on the HUD and approved by the lender. The 1% buyer rebate will be applied to your closing costs and pre-paid items only. If the above conditions cannot be met or your lender cannot spend some or all of the rebate, the rebate will be reduced accordingly or there will be no rebate. The rebate cannot be applied to the down payment, cannot be paid in cash, and cannot be paid after closing.
    • Sellers and Buyers will be charged the $299 HomeSmart Realty transaction fee at closing.

 Disclaimers:

  • If you have been referred to us by a professional referral agency that charges us a referral fee, the listing commission will be 5% and buyer rebate will be $500.
  • Listings under $200,000 will have a listing commission of 5%.
  • Purchases under $200,000 are eligible for a $500 rebate only.
  • We reserve the right to change the 3.8% listing commission and 1% buyer rebate program at any time with notice.
