About David Casias

Today’s real estate market can get pretty crazy. My goal is to constantly evolve and adapt to the market, and be the most knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive agent you’ll ever meet.

I’ve always wanted to do something with my life that has a positive impact on others. Real estate gives me the perfect outlet for that, since buying or selling a home can be an extremely stressful time for people. I enjoy helping to ease people’s minds and help them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Why does my work stand out from other Realtors?
1) You can rest assured knowing that you have an expert in your corner with your best interests in mind. 2) Buying or selling a home can be a stressful and confusing process. I will make sure you are educated throughout the entire process and that there are no surprises. 3) I will not treat you as just another client, I will treat you as the only client that matters. 4) I am always readily available to answer your phone calls, emails, texts, smoke signals, etc. Basically, if you have a question, you’ll get answers. 5) I don’t care if you’re buying a small condo or a million dollar mansion, you’ll still receive the same top-quality, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service that you deserve.

What advice can I give customers looking to hire me?
When you’re interviewing realtors you’ll likely hear a lot of the same things in regards to what services they provide, since we all have access to the same tools for helping people buy or sell a home. While those services are beneficial things of course, I would advise you to shop around and make sure you actually like the realtor you are talking to, and that your personalities match well together. You’ll be spending a lot of time with that realtor throughout the buying and/or selling process.

What do I like most about my job?
I love how each day is completely different. Every client has their own unique goals, wants, and needs. I love being able to tackle every new challenge that comes my way and share the accomplishments and success with my clients. Plus, there is nothing better than seeing the smile on someone’s face when they get everything they wanted out of buying or selling a home!

What continuing education do I participate in to stay on top of the latest developments in real estate?
Every realtor is actually required to do continuing education in order to keep our licenses, but many realtors only take the bare minimum. I schedule out time each and every week to attend live events, online webinars, and other training classes in order to stay ahead of the curve.

What inside secrets can I share?
An important thing for buyers to remember, is that there are costs associated with buying a home, outside of the price of the home itself. It’s important to find out the cost of home inspections, appraisals, and closing costs BEFORE you decide that you are ready to buy a house. It’s also important to keep in mind that even if I am representing you as a buyer, you DON’T pay me. The seller pays both the buyer’s agent and the listing agent. I would happy to explain to you how exactly that works in detail. As for sellers, it’s important to factor in the costs associated with selling your home, such as any needed repairs, and commissions. Again, I would be more than happy to break it all down for you before you decide to sell
