I've completed 75 credit hours in appraisal education.
I am an experienced renovation specialist and have renovated over thirty homes myself, as well as working with investors as both Sellers and Buyers. I have worked with rental properties for 16 years of my career and experienced the ins and outs of helping investors find homes that have an excellent return on investment. I bring over almost two decades of property knowledge, and in 2014 I completed the course work to become an Employing Broker. For a few years, I supervised and managed an office, and I gave back by mentoring agents and teaching classes. I served on the board of directors for the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors, and chaired the Governmental Affairs Committee and served on the Education Committee. I have a vast knowledge of Federal, State, County and City regulations. I have done all this to become valuable to my clients. I believe this has been an asset when assisting clients in their real estate transactions. I've always thought about people first and got into real estate because people are my passion. It is about working with clients to buy and sell houses that they can call home.
I was a first time home buyer and Norma took care of lots of things I didn't even think of. She seems to have a good feel for what is appropriate to ask for and what is to much. I was very happy with the concessions she negotiated. She is very prompt to get a hold of you if you need to talk to her, pretty much any time or day I ask her something she quickly responded. Norma has assisted myself and my husband with the last to purchases and has sold the last two homes we have owned ~ her knowledge of real estate is extensive ~ her knowledge of the Mountain Communities/Properties and what is needed with water, well, septic, fire mitigation is essential when purchasing a home in the mountains.She is a master negotiator and her follow up / responsiveness to our needs was excellent. Norma has done wonderful work with the purchasing and selling of several homes for us. As a blended family, she not only helped us find our new family home, but assisted us in the sale of my previous home and the renting of husband's home in a very difficult market. Thanks to her efforts, my husband home was rented continuously for 2 years and recently sold due to Norma's diligence (without the house being on the market). Throughout this journey, which lasted over several years, she helped us get through the process as smoothly as possible.
