Tracy is an outstanding realtor to get to work with, definitely the best of the ones I've personally worked with. She helped me to quickly sell my old house for higher than the asking price, and was also very helpful with my efforts to quickly find a new place and managing to buy it under their asking price. She helped me to know what I needed to get my old house prepared to sell, and helped to stage it so it would look attractive to buyers. It's definitely in your best interest to listen to her advice on preparing the house to sell, it does make a big difference and she knows what she is doing to get your house sold quickly and hopefully for more than asking price!She's a bulldog on your behalf when she needs to be for negotiations and discussions with the other parties. She's also very good at not pushing her opinion on you, she asks your thoughts and if she needs to will give you information to add to your considerations if it's for home pricing or if asked will do a 'light touch' with her own thoughts on the suitability of a house. She'll also want to look you in the eye when she asks if you like the house you're strongly considering, to make sure it's one you really want before you get too far down the pipe.She also is very responsive by text or call which is super helpful during such a stressful and intense process.I hope Tracy will be a realtor for a very long time, I don't plan to buy or sell a house again for some while but I want her to help me when I do!

Almost a year before I sold my house, I contacted Tracy Panariello to talk about my plans and to get advice on home improvements to consider to help make my home more marketable. She told me what buyers look for, why certain improvements would have a good return on investment while others wouldn't, and gave me references for people to do the work. She stayed in touch during the year and gave advice as the projects were completed. When it came time to list my home for sale (just as the Covid-19 restrictions were being implemented), she managed to get staging and photography completed just as everything was shutting down. She listed my property and had several offers over asking price within 24 hours, and continued to receive and evaluate offers as potential back-up offers for days later. She made sure I understood the terms of the contracts and the pros and cons of each offer, enabling me to feel confident with the offer I ultimately accepted. Throughout the process she responded quickly to my questions and concerns. She conducted herself ethically and fairly but fought for me when needed. Tracy helped us with the sale of our condo in Lakewood and was outstanding! We had some personal challenges come up along the way and she was very understanding and did everything she could to help us get our condo on the market.
