Almost a year before I sold my house, I contacted Tracy Panariello to talk about my plans and to get advice on home improvements to consider to help make my home more marketable. She told me what buyers look for, why certain improvements would have a good return on investment while others wouldn't, and gave me references for people to do the work. She stayed in touch during the year and gave advice as the projects were completed. When it came time to list my home for sale (just as the Covid-19 restrictions were being implemented), she managed to get staging and photography completed just as everything was shutting down. She listed my property and had several offers over asking price within 24 hours, and continued to receive and evaluate offers as potential back-up offers for days later. She made sure I understood the terms of the contracts and the pros and cons of each offer, enabling me to feel confident with the offer I ultimately accepted. Throughout the process she responded quickly to my questions and concerns. She conducted herself ethically and fairly but fought for me when needed. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tracy and couldn't believe how much time and effort she put into marketing and selling my home. I recommend her without hesitation.

Tracy helped us with the sale of our condo in Lakewood and was outstanding! We had some personal challenges come up along the way and she was very understanding and did everything she could to help us get our condo on the market. When it came down to negotiating offers, she worked hard to make sure that we were getting the best deal possible. We had some issues towards the end with getting to closing due to things on the buyers end, Tracy was assertive and always had a plan B in place. Tracy took time to explain the documents I was signing and ultimately taught me so much about the process. She is a great person to have in your corner!
