I'm originally from Pennsylvania but grew up visiting family in the Roaring Fork Valley near Aspen, Colorado. Those trips planted the seed for my love of Colorado and inspired my eventual move to Evergreen, Colorado many years ago. While I’ve spent most of my career in marketing and advertising, my true passion has always been in real estate. And it’s this passion that fueled the start of my real estate investment career over a decade ago.

Any agent can facilitate a real estate transaction, but not every agent truly understands how to analyze a properties potential as an investment, whether you plan to live in it or not. My strong ability to analyze a property’s potential has driven my growth as an investor. It’s for this reason that I own many cash flowing properties across multiple states, including Colorado. While Colorado has grown, it still contains enormous amounts of untapped potential if you know what to look for. Whether you are looking to purchase your first home, next home, or investment property, I am happy to share my knowledge and experience with each and every client and eliminate some of the stress that occurs from a real estate purchase.
