Kathryn Lake was first introduced to Real Estate in 2019 when she moved to Denver, CO, to dance professionally with the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Company. That same year, she took the initiative to get her real estate license while also working under one of Thrive's advisors. She was inspired and motivated to help others move into a better life and decided to be part of the action.

Kathryn was able to observe transactions from start to finish as an agent’s assistant and this solidified her decision to pursue the career of buying and selling homes. Her ability to make a stranger feel like a friend within seconds is a gift and one which she uses to get the best offers for her clients. She desires a smooth outcome and will work tirelessly to achieve that result for every client she has the privilege of working with.

In 2021, Kathryn completed the Expert Negotiator Certificate as well as won the "Top Agent Award" for Denver, CO.

Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Kathryn engages with other cultures easily and speaks Spanish fluently. Moving to New York City to study dance at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater as a young adult opened her heart to experience different cultures and not be afraid to dream. She is always eager to learn and take up a healthy challenge when given the opportunity.

Finally, if she is not out touring homes with you, she is out rock climbing with her husband, Doug, running with her dog, Finn, or having dinner and playing board games with friends.
