Although I’ve been a Realtor since 2005, I made a radical change to my business in 2014. I wanted to differentiate myself from other real estate agents and engage with my clients on a more personal level. For many years, I had made donations at Christmas to various charities in honor of my clients, and I decided to take this idea a step further -- and Homes 4GOOD was born. Simply put, I donate 4% of my commission to the charity of your choice!
Along with serving my clients, one of my goals is to help build stronger communities. I do this by donating my time by serving in Littleton Rotary club projects at Libby Bortz senior center and the foodbank at Centennial Elementary; serving on the summer social committee for the Colorado Initiative for Inclusive Education, and by volunteering at Catholic Charities’ Marisol House, which provides a home-like shelter for single moms and their kids until they can find permanent housing. Now through Homes4GOOD, I also make donations on behalf of my clients to causes that are important to them.
As part of my closing gift to my clients, I’m pleased to make a donation in their honor to the non-profit of their choice. My only request is that the organization is non-political, makes a positive, peaceful impact in the world and has a 501(c)(3) non-profit status.
I have yet to encounter a client who doesn't appreciate this program -- I think in part because we all have desire to help others in need, and we all benefit from building caring communities.

By the Way… Why I Work by Referral:
Since my primary source of new business is referrals from people who know and trust me, I don’t have to spend time prospecting and promoting myself. Instead, I can dedicate myself fully to the activities that benefit you most, and my goal is to always deliver truly exceptional service. Working by referral is all about trust. And, let’s face it, when we’re seeking a service, we look for someone we can trust – someone proven, who comes highly recommended and is already on our side. YOU CONTROL MY BUSINESS.
I know that I must earn your future referrals, so I aim to exceed your expectations. I have a vested interest in making sure that you are completely satisfied at the end of our transaction together. I want you to be so “fired-up” that you can’t wait to tell your friends and family about me and the fantastic service you received! Please let me know if you know anyone who could use my help – I would be honored and delighted to meet them!
All my best,
Lisa
