Rick Allan is a fantastic realtor. As we rushed to move Rick went above and beyond to help us get the house ready to list and kept the house marketable until closing. Prior to listing Rick had "the people" (i.e., handyman, house cleaner, flooring guy, stager) to make the house "pop."
