I love being a Realtor!  I loved being a teacher, now I can have the best of both and teach my Clients to Sell and Buy their home to improve their net worth!  Columbine High School, Summit Ridge Middle School, Bear Creek High School, Carmody Middle School, Scott Carpenter Junior High School, and Moab (Grand) Middle School.  Over 6000 students and athletes.  20 seasons of coaching Rush Soccer as well as many other sports in Jeffco.  I was also the JeffCo Rodeo Advisor and coach.  

My goal is to be of service in information to you, your family. and your colleagues to get the best price on a sale and to get the best price on your purchase.   In this market it is challenging!  I do many services I feel enhance my effectiveness:  contact prospective Lenders for you and assist you in determining which one will be to your best interest, a certified negotiations expert,  provide a list of three of whichever services you need such as inspectors, etc., remain with you after the sale, and I have such a wide diversity of Realty experiences which come in very handy.  Mobile homes, condos, townhomes, houses from the low 200's to 1.3 million, mountain, and rental property.

I am a family man who is proud of his family, and I am thoroughly enjoying continuing my education as I am working toward my doctorate at DU.
