Welcome!  Thank you for visiting my HomeSmart website.  I am a Colorado Native; and passionate about helping my clients find exactly what they are looking for in our beautiful state.

I graduated from the University of Denver with a Finance degree.  I then achieved a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Boulder and obtained my Certified Public Accountant license.  I began my career managing homeowner associations before finding my stride as an entrepreneur.  My husband Jeff and I successfully founded our own company and spent 25 years supporting local businesses by implementing and installing hardware and software computer systems.  This prior experience allows my clients to know that I understand technology in today's fast paced real estate industry.

Jeff obtained his real estate license in 2019 and is also a broker at HomeSmart.  He is a technologist.  We are excited to call HomeSmart our "home", as they specialize in the best technology tools and resources in the business.  Jeff and I approach each opportunity together, which we believe is the key to our success.

We believe REAL ESTATE in 2022 is ALL about technology.  Our high-tech skill set will allow you to outpace your competition in selling your property or in finding the home of your dreams. We offer marketing services in all phases of real estate. Including property website design, photography and 3-D tours, competitive market analysis, and MLS listings that will get the sales price you deserve. We also can provide staging services at no additional cost.  We use the latest digital tools to reach qualified buyers directly on platforms like Zillow, Realtor.com, Youtube, Google, and Facebook.
