Denny specializes in Residential Real Estate. He enjoys working with Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Builders, and Developers. He has valuable Knowledge and Experience with Real Estate Sales and Marketing, Financing, New Home Sales, and Residential Real Estate.

Denny started his Real Estate career over 30 years ago after graduating from The University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing. Since then, Denny has worked in Denver CO, Steamboat Springs CO, St. Petersburg Florida, as well as MD and VA. Denny has worked with New Home Builders and Developers, and provided    Sales and Marketing for New Homes, Condominiums and Condo Conversions. From 2003 – 2005 Denny worked as Director of Sales for a $26.5 M Condominium Conversion property in St Petersburg FL. Denny has also done his own Real Estate Investing, including Fix n flips and IRA Real Estate Investing.

After many years, and over $100M in Real Estate Sales, Denny still enjoys working with people and using his extensive knowledge and experience helping them with their Real Estate needs.
