I'm David Hammond, a longtime resident of Loveland, Colorado, a retired marketing communications and corporate officer from the financial industry, now fully dedicated to helping folks that are "still on the move" - to finding, negotiating and securing their next home.

A former board member of the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors and a former City Planning Commissioner for the City of Loveland, I remain very active in local governmental affairs and planning commissions to remain "in the know" of where development is scheduled, improvements are expected and expansion is trending.

A licensed broker for over a decade and a-half, my territory of discipline and expertise is focused on Northern Colorado, specifcially the cities of Loveland, Fort Collins, and Windsor.
