She helped me through a lot of issues stemming from lender problems, negotiations, and lack of knowledge (on my part). She was quick to respond to me and all my questions- I had a lot of them. It was tough finding me a home in the price range I could afford but each time she set out newly energized and was quick to act. Not all her battles were won, but she gave a good fight! Through it all she didn't make me feel less then I am, even though I wasn't buying the most expensive place out there. I am very happy with my new home. Happy to have Megan, not only as a Realtor, but as a friend.
