Megan has integrity, commitment, and a great heart, which are qualities I never expected to find in a realtor. She was honest about challenges with selling my home, and extremely helpful when it came down to getting the nitty gritty done to prepare the place for showings and get the highest bid for my home. Being fairly new to the real estate market, I always felt comfortable asking her questions and trusted that she would steer me right. And that she did, in spades! This was my first time EVER dealing with the house market and she was the one that helped me the most. She helped me through a lot of issues stemming from lender problems, negotiations, and lack of knowledge (on my part). She was quick to respond to me and all my questions- I had a lot of them. It was tough finding me a home in the price range I could afford but each time she set out newly energized and was quick to act. Not all her battles were won, but she gave a good fight! Megan worked very hard to make sure the sale of the house went smoothly. We not only sold our house but bought another one from Megan. She orchestra the closing of our house we were selling in the morning and the the closing of the house we were buying in the afternoon.
