What do RSPS and CNS mean? These are designations that I've earned to provide additional knowledge and advanced skills to my clients. The RSPS provides me with additional marketing skills and outlets for luxury, vacation, and investment properties.
The CNS provides me with the resources to provide a detailed analysis of any neighborhood. Why is that important? Besides driving around a nice neighborhood, falling in love with a property, making an offer, and moving in for eternal bliss I can provide answers to questions like does the area flood, does the HOA allow your dog breed to move in, can you park your camper in your driveway, what are local tax rates and how often are properties reassessed, etc.
