In 2020, Kate co-founded CORE Home Team, which has quickly become one of the top teams in all of HomeSmart Colorado. Kate’s focus is on listings, and she has a proven track record of getting her clients top dollar for their homes. With a strong attention to detail, Kate is committed to ensuring that nothing is missed and that everything is done on time and correctly.

Kate specializes in working with clients in a range of areas, including relocation, luxury homes, military (VA), and estate/probate.
