Financially, I had no business buying a house. Family circumstances made it need to happen. We looked at tons of places trying to find something that worked. Our first contract fell through due to an error on the seller's part. NIco spent the rest of the weekend helping us find somewhere else. She kept my spirits up, even when I was ready to just sign another year lease and try again later. I love this lady!!
