I am a dynamic individual hailing from the breathtaking landscapes of Nepal, embarked on an extraordinary journey that led me to become a successful RN and a revered real estate professional in Colorado. Born with a passion for helping others, I made my way to the United States in 2007, seeking new opportunities and a chance to fulfill my dreams.

For the past 8 years, I have made a profound impact as a Registered Nurse, dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to those in need. My commitment to excellence in the medical field has earned me admiration from colleagues and gratitude from countless patients.

In parallel to my nursing career, I ventured into the realm of real estate, becoming a licensed realtor at HomeSmart. Over the last 4 years, I have showcased my exceptional negotiation skills, market expertise, and unwavering dedication to helping clients find their dream homes or lucrative investment properties.

Beyond my work as an RN and realtor, my true passion lies in real estate investing. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen eye for opportunities, I have strategically acquired and managed four rental properties in Colorado. Aiming higher and thinking bigger, I aspire to delve into multifamily properties and explore various other real estate assets to grow my portfolio and financial independence.
