A military Veteran who accomplished and created innovative result-focused international operations and human/organizational development executive who utilizes top tier business acumen to spearhead organization-wide operations and training/development performance improvement initiatives through implementing industry leading programs and human capital/total business resource solutions to solve key organization-wide challenges. Responsible for delivering comprehensive Veteran Services for Veterans in need of career, healthcare, and housing transition assistance. Assist in developing new veteran housing services and solutions to help address emergency, transitional and long-term housing needs for Veterans in Colorado, and eventually nationwide in partnership alliances with several emerging "Veteran Village" initiatives.

Additionally, to assist Veterans Support Solutions (VSS) in its long-term goals for the development of VSS/Villages, and supportive housing for Veterans… I became a Real Estate Broker for the State of Colorado  in support of understanding the housing rules and laws so I could assist Veterans and the local community through the process of finding "Their" dream home.
