The process from beginning to end was smooth as they walked us through it.We were buying from out of state and unfamiliar with the procedure and much of the contacts that would be needed. They were able provide options of reputable contacts that got the job done in a tight window. They were truly concerned and responded to the smallest of questions. They responded promptly about everything and anticipated our needs for the purchase and as homeowners after the purchase. Their communication skills keeping all parties in the loop was topnotch. After I requested that an agent contac me after looking on Zillow, Paula Williams quickly got in touch. We had set up a time to meet and view homes. Within 2 days I was viewing homes. My car wasn't working so she picked me up. I didn't buy at that time but requested her as my agent to sell my home in Florida. We had a contract in 4 days. She was responsive to all my concerns and questions. I wasn't in Florida at the time so she staged my home and even did some cleaning. I was very impressed with her service.
