Since my humble beginnings as a mom and pop grocery store owner in Houston, business and real estate have long been passions of mine. In the 25 years I have been in this field, owning grocery stores, warehouses, and even my current construction company, I have picked up all the secrets one could discover by working and negotiating with people from each component in real estate—ground up. I even picked up a second language along the way!
