Bob has spent most of his life enjoying the Florida Gulf Coast as a resident and a business owner. He owned and operated a successful retail company in Pensacola for over 30 years before transitioning into real estate. By working as a Broker Associate he combines his passion for coastal living with an expertise in sales, contracts, marketing, and customer service.

Bob brings an intimate knowledge of the local market and extensive experience in sales and contract negotiation to every transaction. Although he specializes in representing sellers, he also enjoys assisting buyers in finding just the right home and location to fit their needs. He is a firm believer in the personal touch, and it’s his pleasure to make moving into the new area a smooth experience for every customer served.

If priced too high, the home doesn't sell in a timely manner; if too low, the seller leaves money on the table.
