Hello, I’m Gretza Roman, a seasoned REALTOR and Loan Officer with a passion for helping people achieve their homeownership dreams. I’ve been dedicated to the real estate and mortgage industry since 2003, and I currently serve as a Loan Originator for Coast2Coast Mortgage and a Broker Associate at HomeSmart Coastal Realty.

My journey in the real estate world has been enriched by a multitude of certifications, including GRI, PSA, SSF, SRES, PSA, and MRP. These certifications reflect my commitment to staying informed and providing top-notch service to my clients.

My personal life is intertwined with the military, as I’ve been married to a retired US Army veteran for 26 years. His service has led us to relocate several times across different states. This unique experience has allowed me to specialize in interstate relocations and to hold real estate licenses in California, Virginia, and Florida.  I can also originate loans in 40 states.

My educational background is in Marketing, where I earned my BA, and Finance, where I obtained an MBA. These degrees have equipped me with a strong foundation in both marketing strategies and financial expertise, which I apply in my real estate and loan origination work.

Outside of my professional life, I have a deep appreciation for arts and crafts, which I enjoy as a creative outlet. Most importantly, I cherish spending quality time with my daughter and husband, fostering the strong bonds that make life truly meaningful.
