Dominique “Nikki” McCoy is a full-time professional realtor, property manager and investor with a combined total of 20 years of experience in real estate management and sales. Nikki earned an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She has leveraged her early skill sets of professionalism, WOW service and strategic marketing from her property management background with her formal education to create her savvy reputation in the real estate industry. She has utilized her skills to serve in multi-family housing, low income housing tax credit, market rent, luxury home market, and single-family home rentals and sales. Nikki also utilizes her corporate principles and procedures to proficiently work for her clients.  She manages her own investment properties as a landlord and takes the care and prestige of the industry personally.

Nikki has her Luxury Certification from Florida Luxury Realty and focuses on offering luxury buyers and sellers the highest level of client service and business integrity. In her free time Nikki enjoys shopping and spending time with her family and giving back to the community.
