Hello, I am a real estate consultant who will go the extra mile to find you the prefect home for you and your family.  When dealing with me you have to look no further for your wishes to be fulfilled.  I am a resourceful and diligent professional with more than 15 years in the industry (mortgage & real estate combined).

I graduated from the University of West Georgia with a MEd in Instructional Technology and have been a resident of Southwest Atlanta for 25 years.  Formerly a Mortgage Professional, I joined HomeSmart Realty Partners in August of 2019. Opening your home to qualified buyers is important, but the key word here is qualified. I will make certain that other agents only bring serious buyers inside your home. It’s easy to get frustrated with buyers who make low offers or ask for numerous concessions. Keeping negotiations between myself and the buyer’s takes the emotions away. Your buyer will likely use a state-approved contract for the offer. This contract is carefully written to avoid misunderstandings and to protect both parties from misinterpretations. I will carefully look it over to make sure your interests are protected and make appropriate suggestions or changes if necessary
