My wife, Barbara, and I work together as a team, each bringing a level of expertise that benefits our clientele.

Our goal in all real estate transactions is to make sure our clients understand the process by educating and advocating on their behalf.  We follow the NAR code of ethics as our resource to stay on track ethically and legally, as not to compromise our clients' trust.  We strive to provide a standard of excellent service that goes beyond the close of selling or buying a home.  Simply stated our clients become our friends because of our fiduciary relationship with them.

Our representation is always professional when listing your property, implementing the latest technology in videography, photography, social media and other modes of communicating our message.  We have systems in place for each step from listing to closing your property that we share in our initial consultation so you can see the completed picture.

On the flip side, as your selling agent, we are diligent in finding a property that suits your needs, not ours!

We will never pressure anyone into buying any real estate that you will not be happy with. This would be a terrible disservice to you and our profession. Again, we also have systems in place as a buyer to assist in your decision-making process.
