Shelly has lived in Southeast Idaho her entire adult life having come to Pocatello to attend Idaho State University. She is experienced with the residential markets from Idaho Falls to American Falls. Additonally, her 30+ year healthcare career has given her the skill-set to assist clients in commercial real estate with an emphasis in medical real estate. She excels in contract negotiations, is detail oriented, and is passionate about helping others.
Shelly is married to Scott and has four grown sons who have blessed her with daughters. She is pleased to be
collaboratng with her daughter, Anya. Shelly enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with friends and family. She is loving her role as grandma to her adorable grandchildren. She has a knack for design with the intuitive ability to stage homes of all styles. Her many years of purchasing, owning and selling properties allows Shelly to excel in every aspect of the real estate transaction.
Shelly currently serves on the Bannock Youth Foundation Board and is an active member of the community. She looks forward to working with you whether you are thinking about buying, selling, leasing or investing.
