Sadia was extraordinarily responsive, always returning emails/texts/phone calls in a very timely manner. Given how anxious we were about the process, this was very important, and very much appreciated.2. Sadia and I did not always see eye-to-eye, but -- if she felt I was really off-base, she would explain in terms I could easily understand. If she didn't absolutely disagree, she would act on my requests/recommendations in short order. What I'm trying to say, here, is that Sadia worked with me as a *PARTNER*, and I can't over-emphasize how truly important that quality is.I would not hesitate to recommend her services, and would most definitely reach out to her should the need ever arise again.

This was my first time buying a property. Sadia was very helpful. While looking at properties, she was informative on different aspects of the different properties. I feel like she proved herself in looking towards my best interest over profits. I was looking at one property that was overpriced and she was informative about how, financially speaking, it may not be the best property to buy due to what the price was. She came with comps for sold properties and was informative on why it wasn’t the best too. I mention this because it just proved to me that she cared about my investment into the property, it wasn’t about her personal gain. I feel like she is a great person to help any buyer, especially if they’re first time buyers. Sadia Quadri was very helpful and patient with us. She seemed very knowledgeable and helpful.
