About Berkley Square

The neighborhood of Berkley Square is located in Arlington Heights, a suburb of Chicago about 25 miles northwest of downtown. It is a single family home neighborhood located on Kennicot off Hintz and Arlington Heights Road. 

The Arlington Heights population was 75,101 at the 2010 census. It is the most populous community in the United States that is incorporated as a "village", although it is not far ahead of the nearby villages of Schaumburg, Bolingbrook and adjacent Palatine. 

Arlington Heights is known for Arlington Park Race Track, home of the Arlington Million, a Breeders' Cup qualifying event; it also hosted the Breeders' Cup Classic in 2002. The village library, the Arlington Heights Memorial Library, has one of the largest book collections in the state.

Terramere is a single family home neighborhood built in the early 1980's by Kennedy Homes Ltd., and is located on Arlington Heights Road north of Dundee.

Creekside is a single family community built in the mid 1980's by the Kennedy Group. Creekside features about 120 homes with floor plans ranging from 1,500 to 2,285 square feet of living space and is located on Schaefer Road off Nichols and Arlington Heights Road. Nearby is Nickol Knoll Park which has a 9-hole golf course, bike and walking paths.
