I have used Laurie's services twice now and hands down Laurie is the best realtor you could have from 12AM text messages to moments notice showings she was always ready to work for me. She not only shows you the properties but she will give you honest opinions if you ask her. She knows everyone needed to know in the real estate business to make the buying and selling process smooth and fast. I can be, for short of words, a pain in the rear end to work with, but Laurie always kept patient with me and calmed me down when I would start getting nervous or fraustrated. She is always on point with everything and never left me hanging. She submitted my paperwork and requests within the hour of me getting it to her. She fought for me when my home inspection report showed numerous issues and even got my earnest money back when I wanted to back out of one particular deal. I've tried other realtors before her and it was always what was convenient for them, but Laurie will literally drop what she was doing and fulfill my requests. The whole process with Laurie was more than outstanding I really haven't even scratched the surface on why Laurie is the best realtor in the Chicagoland area, really if you are looking for a realtor I guarantee you will be nothing but happy and satisfied with Laurie Mercer!

Laurie helped me list and sell my home in the spring of 2014. She took fantastic photos that we used for the listing and marketed the home in so many creative ways. She was good about tracking the showings and getting me feedback for many of them. She also gave good advice about the things that needed updating/changing in the house before it went on the market. Some small changes made a big difference. In addition, she gave me good advice when we were negotiating the sale, and helped me maximize the sale price!

Laurie assisted me with my first purchase. She took me to several homes and was always sending me new listings and great communication. She was very helpful and made the transaction very smooth. Five stars!
