 I am now a Real Estate Agent for HomeSmart Connect.   I am still a Licensed Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.  I have been a real estate investors since 1991. My rehabbing experience has helped to answer many home owner’s questions about property values and remodeling projects. I help them to answer, "Is it worth spending that money". I just received my ACP, Accredited Commercial Practitioner Certification.
