Karolina Bosowski has a true passion for Real Estate! She immigrated to America in the 1990s from Poland, hence loves to joke that she’s “imported goods.” She first started to work in the health care field for many years because of her deep desire to help others. Growing up she shared a passion for real estate early on, with her Mom being a huge influence. Her Mom would buy and flip homes on the side of her regular business. They loved doing this together. They would work together on these projects and later Karolina started to do her own house flips. But it was when her own buying experience was terrible that she decided that enough is enough. A Realtor really needs to give more, act with integrity, be understanding and most of all be honest and that is not what she had experienced in the past. Karolina believes that real estate is not just a transaction but a “people business.” We help people through one of the biggest purchases of their lives and that means putting on different “hats” to get the job done right.
When she’s not working she is enjoying time with her family including her husband Rafal who helps her a lot since he is a Mortage Broker at Integra. Her two boys, daughter and if that wasn’t enough her two pups Bella and Frankie. She loves to decorate, stage, build furniture, garden, bike and find anything to do that requires power tools.
She is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin
