Welcome to Team McNulty

I would like to introduce my son, Quinn McNulty as the new generation of Realtor to the Family. I'm really excited for this new phase for Quinn and what he will add as the new generation to join me!

Now there are four generations of Realtors in the Chicagoland area.  My family name of Walters has been synonymous with real estate in the Chicagoland area. Having lived in Park Rdige to Des Plaines Mt. Prospect, Schaumburg and now Arlington Heights, so we have a keen knowledge of each town and its neighborhoods in between. What Team McNulty has learned is that each town has a different flavor, yet a similar composition of neighborhoods and community feelings. We Love MidWest people!

Our belief is our role as a Realtor, Accredited Buyer's Represenative, Senior Real Estate specialist and e-Pro Certified person is to educate our clients so that they can make an informed decision. In 2005-2008 it became very important for me to get certified as a CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert, which is a recognized certification emphasizing the need to help people when their home obligations have been too difficult to manage. 2007 to current our national and local economy have adjusted our previously inflated values due to unreasonable expectations of the government and financial institutions which has put our families at risk financially. This designation, I believe, not only educated me in the process, but will organize my clients in a way that will be acceptable for the bank industry.

My proudest designation is CRS Cerified Residential Specialist designation. I look forward to Quinn enjoying this top notch designation because I found each course has benefited my clients by enhancing my experiance with hands on technologicals skills, maximizing your profits and minimizing my costs. Our energies are focused on your goals in real estate. May it be to preserve your equity, to finding a first step purchase that will grow in equity in time. I believe the key to my  success through the years is because I listen to my clients needs very carefully and try to "walk in their shoes". I actually think Quinn will be better on focusing than me.

We'll show you the market value of your home allowing you a historical view and competitive view of the market place and how Team McNulty can maximize your exposure to potential buyers. Because we represent clients both and separately as a buyer's agent and a seller's agent (listing agent) , We believe our feel for the market is more accurate to pricing and conditions in the market place.
